I am a Full Professor in the Department of Computing, teaching Human-Computer Interaction and Software Engineering. I supervise graduate-level research (Master’s and PhD) in Computer Science, with a focus on User Experience (UX) design and evaluation for industry-aligned software solutions. My research interests include digital twins for UX evaluation, UX design of complex systems, human factors, automotive UX, immersive agile workplaces, long-term UX, UX research in software engineering, and the human dimensions of software engineering.
